My name is Tamara Alexander and I am the face behind Cakes by Tamara Joy. Baking has always been such a passion since I was young. I would always be in the kitchen making desserts for my family. My love for cake decorating came from watching Cake Boss and spending hours on end watching cake decorating videos on YouTube. I’ve been cake decorating since I was 15 and in 2020 I decided I wanted to turn this hobby into a business. I know cakes are a great way to celebrate and bring people together. It’s not just about a cake, it’s about making those special memories that will last forever.
